Solve the iPhone problem (personal hotspot is off)

Here are some solutions to fix Personal Hotspot stuck on iPhone:

Verify that Personal Hotspot is enabled. Go to Settings > Personal Hotspot. Make sure that the toggle on Personal Hotspot is turned on.

Restart your iPhone. Sometimes, a simple restart can solve some issues.

Restart the other device you are trying to connect to Personal Hotspot.

Make sure you have the latest version of iOS. You can check for updates in Settings > General > Software Update.

Check that your data plan supports Personal Hotspot. Not all data plans support Personal Hotspot. If you are not sure, you can contact your service provider for more information.

Reset network settings on your iPhone. This will erase all network settings, including Wi-Fi networks, passwords, and VPN and APN settings. Go to Settings > General > Move or reset [device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

If you followed all the solutions above and still can't fix the problem, you can try contacting Apple Support for further assistance.

Here are some additional steps you can try:

Try changing Personal Hotspot settings, such as name, password, or encryption type.

Try connecting to a different Personal Hotspot.

Try using a different device to connect to Personal Hotspot.

If you're still having trouble, there might be a problem with your iPhone. In this case, you can try to restore your iPhone to factory settings. However, please note that this will erase all your data from your device.
