 The following are some solutions to common problems in Android phones, this topic is from the Problem Solutions section in the Emad store. Go to Settings > System > Advanced > Reset options > Erase all data (factory reset).

Enter your PIN or password.

Tap Erase All Data (Factory Reset).

Press Scan again to confirm.
