Here are some additional tips for troubleshooting Google issues:

  •   Check for updates: Google releases updates for its products and services on a regular basis. These updates often include bug fixes and performance improvements. To check for updates, open the Google Play Store app and tap on the "Profile" icon in the upper right corner. Next, click on "Manage applications and devices" and select "Updates".
  •   Use a different browser: If you're having problems with a specific Google product or service, try using a different browser. For example, if you are having problems with Google search, try Firefox or Chrome.
  •   Clear cache and data: If you're still having problems, try clearing cache and data for the Google app or service you're having issues with. To do this, open the Settings app on your device and go to Apps & notifications. Next, find the Google app or service you're having problems with and tap on it. Tap on Storage & Cache and then tap on Clear Cache and Clear Data.
  •   Reset your device: If you've tried all of the above and you're still having problems, you can try to reset your device. This will erase all the data on your device so be sure to backup your data before doing this. To reset your device, go to “Settings” > “System” > “Advanced options” > “Reset options” > “Erase all data (factory reset).”
